In Minnesota, the Timberwolves survived the Pistons 105-100. The Pistons couldn't capitalize even when shots wouldn't fall for the Timberwolves. Timberwolves' outside barrage was a constant threat; the Pistons bent the defense out of shape from deep. The Timberwolves locker room is humming, and it showed. Timberwolves' rotation plan looked deliberate, and the right guys made the most of their roles. Ugly, but it counts the same in the standings.
