The Nuggets outlasted the Rockets 114-100. Shots fell that probably shouldn't have, and the Nuggets cashed in. Nuggets' high-flyers tilted the pace and the rim; the Nuggets bent the defense out of shape from deep. Nuggets' rotation plan looked deliberate, and the right guys made the most of their roles.
