After Action Report
The Pistons fended off the Warriors 102-93. Ugly basketball, but the Pistons did just enough. The Pistons came in with something to prove after a loss; the Pistons bent the defense out of shape from deep. The Warriors looked disjointed — chemistry issues linger. Pistons' rotation plan looked deliberate, and the right guys made the most of their roles. Ugly, but it counts the same in the standings.
What tipped it
- Pistons · Bouncing Back A winning team just got tripped up — expect a response.
- Warriors · Crashing An 8+ game losing skid — heads are down, both ends suffer.
- Warriors · Locker-Room Rift Tension in the locker room — poor ball movement and streaky play.
