The Jazz squeaked past the 76ers 99-98. The 76ers couldn't capitalize even when shots wouldn't fall for the Jazz. Jazz's defenders refused to give up clean looks; 76ers' high-flyers tilted the pace and the rim. Early returns: the Jazz per-player utilization choices fit the identity tonight.
