The Raptors upended the Cavaliers 109-103. Shots fell that probably shouldn't have, and the Raptors cashed in. Raptors' Run-and-Gun identity dictated the tempo; Cavaliers' outside barrage was a constant threat. On paper this one shouldn't have been close — basketball had other ideas.
