The Raptors handled the Wizards 102-88. The Wizards couldn't capitalize even when shots wouldn't fall for the Raptors. Raptors' high-flyers tilted the pace and the rim; the Raptors answered the bell with a bounce-back effort. Raptors' rotation plan looked deliberate, and the right guys made the most of their roles.
