The Bulls blew the doors off the Cavaliers 117-97. The Bulls got every break — every loose ball, every bounce. Bulls' defenders refused to give up clean looks; Cavaliers' outside barrage was a constant threat. The Cavaliers looked disjointed — chemistry issues linger. Bulls' rotation plan looked deliberate, and the right guys made the most of their roles. The second half turned a coin-flip into a runaway.
