After Action Report
The Mavericks downed the Cavaliers 139-123. The Mavericks got every break — every loose ball, every bounce. The Mavericks carried the confidence of a hot streak right into this one; Cavaliers' high-flyers tilted the pace and the rim. Whispers of a Cavaliers locker-room rift aren't helping. The Cavaliers rotation plan worked against them — wrong guys, wrong night.
What tipped it
- Cavaliers · Rim Wreckers A trio of high-flyers run, dunk, and tilt the pace.
- Cavaliers · Crashing An 8+ game losing skid — heads are down, both ends suffer.
- Cavaliers · Locker-Room Rift Tension in the locker room — poor ball movement and streaky play.
- Mavericks · Catching Fire Riding a 4+ game winning streak — confidence is high.
