After Action Report
In a track meet, the Knicks snuck past the Spurs 128-124 in overtime. The Spurs had no answer for the variance gods tonight. Knicks' high-flyers tilted the pace and the rim; Knicks' Run-and-Gun identity dictated the tempo. Early returns: the Knicks per-player utilization choices fit the identity tonight.
What tipped it
- Spurs · Heartbreak A gutting last-second loss — revenge is on the menu.
- Knicks · Rim Wreckers A trio of high-flyers run, dunk, and tilt the pace.
