After Action Report
The Hornets fended off the Spurs 94-86. Ugly basketball, but the Hornets did just enough. The Hornets answered the bell with a bounce-back effort; Hornets' defenders refused to give up clean looks. Whispers of a Spurs locker-room rift aren't helping. The Hornets rotation plan paid off — leaning into the right spots created real lift. Style points be damned.
What tipped it
- Spurs · Ice Cold On a 4+ game losing streak — shots aren't falling.
- Spurs · Locker-Room Rift Tension in the locker room — poor ball movement and streaky play.
- Hornets · Bouncing Back A winning team just got tripped up — expect a response.
