After Action Report
The Magic blew the doors off the Mavericks 133-79. Shots fell that probably shouldn't have, and the Magic cashed in. The Magic owned the glass, generating extra possessions; Magic's old heads steadied the ship in the swings. Whispers of a Mavericks locker-room rift aren't helping. The Mavericks rotation plan worked against them — wrong guys, wrong night. Never a doubt in this one.
What tipped it
- Mavericks · Crashing An 8+ game losing skid — heads are down, both ends suffer.
- Mavericks · Locker-Room Rift Tension in the locker room — poor ball movement and streaky play.
- Magic · Glass Eaters Crashing the boards generates extra possessions and second-chance buckets.
