After Action Report
The Mavericks survived the Kings 108-103. Mavericks torched the Kings on the offensive end. Mavericks' Rim Wreckers got loose for easy buckets in transition; the Mavericks looked unstoppable — pure Buzzsaw mode. The Mavericks bench chemistry carried them. Mavericks' rotation plan looked deliberate, and the right guys made the most of their roles. Ugly, but it counts the same in the standings.
What tipped it
- Kings · Crashing An 8+ game losing skid — heads are down, both ends suffer.
- Kings · Locker-Room Rift Tension in the locker room — poor ball movement and streaky play.
- Mavericks · Rim Wreckers A trio of high-flyers run, dunk, and tilt the pace.
- Mavericks · Buzzsaw An 8+ game winning streak — they cannot be stopped (until the league catches up).
- Mavericks · Tight-Knit Locker-room chemistry is humming — extra trust on every possession.
