After Action Report
The Pacers pulled away from the Spurs 97-78. Ugly basketball, but the Pacers did just enough. Second-chance points piled up for the Pacers; Pacers' outside barrage was a constant threat. Whispers of a Spurs locker-room rift aren't helping. The Spurs rotation plan worked against them — wrong guys, wrong night. Style points be damned.
What tipped it
- Spurs · Ice Cold On a 4+ game losing streak — shots aren't falling.
- Spurs · Locker-Room Rift Tension in the locker room — poor ball movement and streaky play.
- Pacers · Glass Eaters Crashing the boards generates extra possessions and second-chance buckets.
