After Action Report
The Bulls edged the Raptors 97-91. The Raptors couldn't capitalize even when shots wouldn't fall for the Bulls. The Bulls bent the defense out of shape from deep; Raptors' high-flyers tilted the pace and the rim. The Bulls bench chemistry carried them. Bulls' rotation plan looked deliberate, and the right guys made the most of their roles. Ugly, but it counts the same in the standings.
