After Action Report
The Mavericks took care of the Knicks 87-75. Ugly basketball, but the Mavericks did just enough. Mavericks' high-flyers tilted the pace and the rim; Mavericks' veteran poise eliminated the costly mistakes. Whispers of a Knicks locker-room rift aren't helping. Knicks' per-player workload didn't match the gameplan. Style points be damned.
What tipped it
- Knicks · Ice Cold On a 4+ game losing streak — shots aren't falling.
- Knicks · Locker-Room Rift Tension in the locker room — poor ball movement and streaky play.
- Mavericks · Rim Wreckers A trio of high-flyers run, dunk, and tilt the pace.
