In a track meet, the Trail Blazers snuck past the Heat 114-109. The breakneck pace played right into Trail Blazers' hands. The Trail Blazers pushed the pace until the other side broke; the Heat owned the glass, generating extra possessions. The Trail Blazers bench chemistry carried them. The Trail Blazers rotation plan paid off — leaning into the right spots created real lift. Ugly, but it counts the same in the standings.
