The Pistons fended off the Magic 96-90. Ugly basketball, but the Pistons did just enough. The Pistons owned the glass, generating extra possessions; the Pistons came in with something to prove after a loss. Pistons' rotation plan looked deliberate, and the right guys made the most of their roles. Style points be damned.
