After Action Report
The Wizards squeaked past the Cavaliers 111-107. Wizards controlled the tempo from tip to buzzer. Wizards' Run-and-Gun identity dictated the tempo; the Cavaliers played with the chip of a recent gutting loss. The Wizards bench chemistry carried them. Wizards' rotation plan looked deliberate, and the right guys made the most of their roles. Ugly, but it counts the same in the standings.
What tipped it
- Cavaliers · Heartbreak A gutting last-second loss — revenge is on the menu.
- Wizards · Tight-Knit Locker-room chemistry is humming — extra trust on every possession.
