The Heat stunned the 76ers 123-116. Shots fell that probably shouldn't have, and the Heat cashed in. Heat's outside barrage was a constant threat; 76ers' outside barrage was a constant threat. The Heat rotation plan paid off — leaning into the right spots created real lift. On paper this one shouldn't have been close — basketball had other ideas.
