After Action Report
The Mavericks squeaked past the Suns 98-96. The breakneck pace played right into Mavericks' hands. The Mavericks pushed the pace until the other side broke; the Suns couldn't shake the cold spell. The Suns looked disjointed — chemistry issues linger. Mavericks' rotation plan looked deliberate, and the right guys made the most of their roles. Style points be damned.
What tipped it
- Suns · Ice Cold On a 4+ game losing streak — shots aren't falling.
- Suns · Locker-Room Rift Tension in the locker room — poor ball movement and streaky play.
