After Action Report
The Nuggets blew the doors off the Cavaliers 120-89. Shots fell that probably shouldn't have, and the Nuggets cashed in. Second-chance points piled up for the Nuggets; the Nuggets looked unstoppable — pure Buzzsaw mode. The Nuggets bench chemistry carried them. Nuggets' rotation plan looked deliberate, and the right guys made the most of their roles. Never a doubt in this one.
What tipped it
- Cavaliers · Crashing An 8+ game losing skid — heads are down, both ends suffer.
- Cavaliers · Locker-Room Rift Tension in the locker room — poor ball movement and streaky play.
- Nuggets · Glass Eaters Crashing the boards generates extra possessions and second-chance buckets.
- Nuggets · Buzzsaw An 8+ game winning streak — they cannot be stopped (until the league catches up).
- Nuggets · Tight-Knit Locker-room chemistry is humming — extra trust on every possession.
